Does “Bardock” have a secondary translation?  He’s a vegetable AND a rubber duck? 

I hope so because I’m a huge fan of all the puns in DBZ and the more the better.  I’m pretty sure I miss a lot of them by being western and unable to speak Japanese.  There was even a Chinese fan I saw who commented that westerners don’t get a lot of the references in DB and DBZ.  I wept.  ;o;

I don’t know the answer to that. Do any of my lovely followers?
